How do I book my appointment?


The best way to schedule an appointment is online. After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a confirmation. You will also receive two reminders before your appointment please confirm the appointment as instructed. You may also call (704) 910-3069 to schedule an appointment. A credit card is required for all appointments booked with a price point over $50. Please be aware that if you cancel after the 24 hour cancellation period or do not call or do not show a fee(late cancellation, or no show fee if it applies) will be applied to your card on file. By entering your credit card information you are accepting the terms of this policy




What is your cancellation policy?


Please give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. Cancelling an appointment after the 24 hour period will result in a $15 late cancel fee for the first time anytime thereafter will result in a $15 late cancellation fee. Please keep in mind that appointment times are limited and cancelling early will allow a client who may have wanted the same time slot the opportunity for that appointment. We understand emergencies happen and somethings are beyond your control, please be respectful of your Estheticians time and other clients time as well. If you are a NO SHOW (no call no cancel) two or more times you will be able to book appointments online but your appointment will not be guaranteed until accepted by Pure Wax. You will receive an email once your appointment has been accepted. No show - No Call fee's are $20 per service booked.




What is your late policy?


We understand there may be times when you are running late. Each guest’s time is important, so we kindly ask that you call ahead if you are going to be late. If you are more than seven (7) minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are 7 minutes late and have not contacted us you will be marked as a no call no show. Once you have 2 (two) No-Show appointments you will need to call on the day you need service to see if we can accommodate your appointment on that day. You can no longer book online, if you do book online your appointment needs to be accepted by our staff, until you receive confirmation that your appointment has been accepted your appointment is not guaranteed and can be booked by another client. Arriving late may limit the time of your service, as your service will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. Please call if you know you are going to be late and we will try to accommodate you.




Do you accept walk-ins?


We do accept walk ins. Please keep in mind you may have to wait until a Waxologist/Esthetician is available. You can call ahead to see what we have open.
