At Pure Wax & Beauté Bar, we strive to provide each guest with an exceptional experience. To ensure fairness, safety, and respect for everyone’s time, please review our updated policies below.
Booking an Appointment
The easiest way to book is online at www.vagaro.com/purewaxbar. You’ll receive a confirmation once your appointment is scheduled, along with two reminders before your service. Please be sure to confirm as instructed.

A deposit is required for appointments over $10.

A credit card on file is required to secure your booking.

By entering your card information, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): You will be charged 50% of the service cost. This includes your deposit, plus any additional amount needed to equal 50%.

No-Shows (no call, no cancel): You will be charged 50% of the service cost.
These policies are not meant to penalize, but to honor the time and preparation that goes into each appointment. When time is reserved and goes unused, another guest misses the opportunity for care.
Late Policy
We understand life happens! If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible.

Guests arriving more than 7 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

If you are 7 minutes late without contacting us, it will be treated as a no-show and the 50% fee will apply.

Arriving late may shorten your service, as we must remain on schedule for the next guest.
Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome if availability allows, but we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time. You’re welcome to call ahead to check our openings.
Guests in the Treatment Room
To preserve a private and professional experience, only the client receiving the service may be in the treatment room.

Exception: Guests under 18 may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children in the Spa
For safety and liability reasons, children under 14 are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service. Children cannot be left unattended in the lobby at any time.
Arrival Time
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and paperwork, ensuring you receive your full service time.
Groupon & Living Social Vouchers

Vouchers are for new clients only (one per client).

Existing clients may use the voucher’s purchase value toward a service and pay the difference, or request a refund directly from Groupon/Living Social.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the voucher being redeemed and marked as used.
Promotions, Gift Cards & Discounts
Promotions, discounts, gift cards, packages, and store credits cannot be combined. Only one may be used per transaction.
